This Policy applies to products purchased directly from the MOIDYOU website. Products purchased from a marketplace, distributor or retailer are subject to the return and refund rules of that seller.

To help us locate your order, please provide the order number, the email address or telephone number used for the order, proof of purchase and a description of the request. We may ask for photographs or video where the product is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered

Subject to applicable law and the confirmation shown at checkout, you may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days after delivery. The product must be unused except for reasonable inspection, in resalable condition and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels and promotional items.

A change-of-mind return does not include a product that has been used, activated, damaged, modified, dismantled or repaired by a third party. We may reduce or refuse a refund to the extent permitted by law where the product or its components have lost value because of handling beyond reasonable inspection.

If a product arrives damaged, is missing parts, is materially different from the product ordered or has a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days after delivery. Send the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video where reasonably possible.

After reviewing the information, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement, repair, a return and refund, or another remedy required by applicable law. Do not discard the product or send it back until our customer-service team provides return instructions.

Damage caused by misuse, an accident, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, normal wear, use outside the instructions or a third-party repair may not qualify as a manufacturing defect. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

MOIDYOU provides a limited warranty for one year from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser, unless the applicable product listing, order confirmation or warranty card states a different period. We may first provide troubleshooting and may then repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.

The one-year warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modification, dismantling, improper installation, normal wear and tear, use outside the instructions, loss or theft, or repair by an unauthorized third party. It also does not cover data, software or services supplied by a third party unless the applicable warranty terms expressly say otherwise.

A warranty request must be submitted during the one-year warranty period. This commercial warranty does not limit any mandatory consumer guarantee or other legal right that applies to your purchase.

Our team will review the request and provide the applicable return address, shipping instructions and any required precautions.

A return is authorized only after we provide written instructions. Use a trackable shipping service where appropriate and keep the tracking receipt until the request is completed. We are not responsible for a parcel sent to an address that our team did not provide.

For a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect item or damage that occurred before delivery, MOIDYOU will provide return-shipping instructions and may provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after review.

For a change-of-mind return or another reason unrelated to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless applicable law requires a different result. Original shipping charges and customs duties are refundable only where required by law or expressly confirmed by our customer-service team.

If you believe an item was lost or damaged in return transit, contact the carrier and send us the tracking information. We may need the carrier's investigation result before deciding the request.

After the return reaches the designated facility, we will inspect the product and confirm whether the request qualifies under this Policy. We normally issue an approved refund within 3 business days after the inspection is completed.

The refund is sent to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires another method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7-15 business days to display the funds. If the refund has not appeared after that period, check with the payment provider and contact us with the order number.


If only part of an order is approved for return, we refund the approved products and any amounts that applicable law requires us to refund. We may withhold the refund until the product is received or you provide evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, a return may be refused or a refund may be reduced for a product that has been used beyond reasonable inspection, is missing essential accessories or serial labels, has been intentionally damaged, has been altered or dismantled, or has been repaired by an unauthorized third party.

We cannot process products purchased from unauthorized sellers, products that are not MOIDYOU products, or free promotional items unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Lost or stolen products after confirmed delivery are not treated as a return; contact the delivery carrier and our support team promptly so we can review the circumstances.


This section does not exclude a remedy for a valid defect, a product that was incorrectly supplied, or any right that applies under mandatory consumer-protection law.
