Orders are normally processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For orders addressed to the United States, we currently ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently ship United States orders to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Armed Forces Americas, Europe or Pacific addresses.We do not accept PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO or military addresses. If tracking has not updated for more than seven days, contact us with your order number and tracking number.**Only part of the order arrived**An order may be divided into multiple parcels and delivered on different dates. Check the shipment confirmation for additional tracking numbers. Contact us if the remaining parcel has not arrived within seven days after the first delivery.**Tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing**Check the delivery address, mailbox, building reception, safe locations and nearby household members or neighbors. Contact the local carrier for delivery details. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us promptly.**Wrong or damaged item received**Contact [boeleo@163.com](mailto:boeleo@163.com) with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label where reasonably possible.
